Urgent
Develop and implement pest control compliance policies and procedures in alignment with relevant State Regulatory Boards, including putting new SOP’s in place for each State to remain compliant.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of service notifications compared with Inventory levels for each truck as well as monthly licensing audits for each Branch..
Stay updated on changes in pest control regulations, guidelines, and emerging trends to proactively address compliance issues and recommend improvements.
Provide guidance on any unwelcome findings to Branch Managers to train better.
Implement P.O. Approval process for offices and audit with Chemical Providers to ensure proper usage and no theft is occurring.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of pest control activities, inspections, compliance reports, and corrective actions taken.
Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of pest control programs, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance compliance and performance.
Serve as a subject matter expert on pest control compliance matters, providing guidance and support to management and staff as needed.
Excellent Organizational Skills coupled with very detail oriented auditing and corrections.
Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations governing pest control, pesticide use, and environmental health and safety standards. (We will train on this)
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to train, mentor, and motivate team members.
Proficiency in using computer software and data management tools for documentation, reporting, and analysis. Especially Microsoft Office products, Google Drive, Docusign (or similar), and Preview (or Similar).
