Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a healthy pipeline by actively sourcing for candidates that fit current and future roles.
  • Search, connect, and generate candidates/leads for a given job opening/s
  • Ensure that candidates are potential fit for job openings sourcing for by:
    • CV Screen
    • Opportunity calls
    • Pre-Screen
  • Ensure communication skills are great and at par with CoDev and/or client’s standards
  • Follow and ensure the minimum criteria is met when presenting candidates to recruiters
  • Administer assessments and schedule candidates for screening with the recruiter in-charge while ensuring ALL active applications are being processed within a reasonable time.
  • Update applicant tracking system/internal portal on a daily basis for new candidate sourced and their progress
  • Ensure prompt correspondence for candidate inquiries in ALL available channels such as Hubspot live chat, LinkedIn messages, and Facebook inquiries.
  • Assist recruiters in ensuring candidates are completing assessments within the set deadline
  • Present career opportunities with high level of professionalism
  • Conducts simple negotiations successfully
  • Monitor and track leads processed
  • Provide real time updates on pipeline and send weekly sourcing reports
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
 Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership and accountability in nurturing and maintaining candidate lead sources as assigned by the Recruitment Lead. Which includes:
    • Referral Initiatives/Promos (including Employee, Applicant & External Referrals)
    • Digital Marketing Channels (Facebook, Instagram, Hubspot, etc.)
    • External events and organizational partnerships

Qualifications

  • At least 3-6 months related experience in Sourcing
  • Fresh graduates are welcome but must have experience in the Recruitment department during the internship
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in Psychology and Human Resource Management
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Computer literate with high level of proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other search engines
  • Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with less supervision
  • Experience in leads generation
