Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs:
    • Create and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of offshore SDRs, addressing cold calling techniques, communication skills, objection handling, and language improvement.
    • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhance the performance of the offshore SDR team.
  • Language Improvement:
    • Identify language barriers and difficulties specific to offshore SDRs.
    • Implement strategies to improve English language proficiency, accent reduction, and effective communication.
  • Cold Calling Strategies:
    • Teach effective cold calling techniques, including script development, rapport building, and objection handling, specific to the US and Canadian markets.
    • Provide insights on cultural nuances, market trends, and customer behavior in the target regions.
  • Monitor and Assess Performance:
    • Regularly assess the performance of offshore SDRs through call monitoring, role-playing exercises, and real-time feedback.
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address individual and team challenges.
  • Provide Ongoing Support:
    • Offer continuous support and mentorship to offshore SDRs, helping them develop their skills and confidence.
    • Stay updated with industry best practices and adapt training materials accordingly.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis:
    • Analyze call data, performance metrics, and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Generate reports and provide insights to enhance the SDR team's results.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Coach/Call Center Trainer, preferably with a focus on sales development, business development, and cold calling
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Strong understanding of the US and Canadian markets, including cultural nuances
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques, objection handling, and call scripting.
  • Experience in accent reduction and language improvement for non-native English speakers.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire offshore SDRs to excel in their roles
  • Willing to work the Philippines night shift for full overlap with the team
  • Ammendable to working a hyrbid set-up based in our Cebu Office
