Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative with at least 5 years BPO experience.

Permanent Work From Home Setup with nightshift schedule during training and dayshift schedule afterwards.

100% Non Voice Account.

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responding to User Inquiries through Zendesk: Addressing questions, concerns, and issues with their KSL account. Providing accurate and timely information to help customers resolve their problems.
  • Problem Resolution: Diagnosing and troubleshooting customer issues, guiding them through solutions, and assisting with technical issues or product/service-related challenges.
  • Handling Complaints: Dealing with customer complaints and negative feedback professionally and empathetically, working towards finding solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Multitasking: Managing multiple customer inquiries simultaneously and working on listing moderation.
