Job Responsibilities
• Serve as internal accountant for multiple client businesses, $1-$30 million in revenue
• Learn and exclusively use our delivery process
• Accounting/bookkeeping tasks, such as:
o Recording Transactions
o Accounts payable
o Accounts receivable
o Payroll journal entries
o Reconciliations
o Adjusting Entries
o Month end close, report generation
• Assist in documenting and refining delivery process
• Support client CPA for yearend closing and tax filing
• Other office administrative duties
• Work from your home office
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
required. - 3+ years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper required
- 2+ years of audit work for CPA firm preferred
Required Skills and Abilities
• Attention to detail and hitting deadlines are your super powers
• Thoughtfully perform accounting tasks using the context of the business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel is required. Intacct & NetSuite are a plus
