Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP Business Objects reports based on business requirements.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly reports for various stakeholders within the organization.
- Work closely with business analysts and end-users to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective data visualizations.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support informed decision-making.
- Utilize SAP Business Objects tools to build queries and retrieve data from relevant data sources.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in reporting activities.
- Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing SAP Business Objects reporting tools.
- Address user inquiries and troubleshoot any issues related to report generation.
- Document report specifications, data sources, and any customization made during the reporting process.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on reporting processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SAP Business Objects reporting.
- Strong proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Knowledge of SQL for querying and extracting data.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with SAP Crystal Reports and Web Intelligence.
- Experience in working with large datasets and complex data structures.
- Understanding of business intelligence concepts and best practices.
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.
