Job Description
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the application, logistics processes, and QA tools such as Jira, Postman, and SQL.
- Write and execute detailed test cases to cover various scenarios including positive, negative, and edge cases.
- Follow and contribute to the enhancement of QA processes and standards.
- Collaborate with development teams and participate in SDLC processes to ensure quality benchmarks are met.
- Continually update your knowledge with the latest QA best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Communicate effectively with management about any issues or potential improvements in the application or QA processes.
Qualifications
- Expert in QA testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong experience in software testing and tracking systems, particularly Jira.
- In-depth knowledge of software lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with SQL and Postman.
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.
- Any relevant certifications in Quality Assurance would be advantageous.
