  • Collaboration: SDRs closely collaborate with the sales team, sharing insights and information about qualified leads and providing regular updates on their progress. They work together to strategize and optimize the lead generation and qualification process.

 

  • Data Management: SDRs maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects, including contact information, communication history, and lead status, using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.   • Software Savvy: Familiar and proficient with the following tech stack is a bonus: Google Suite, Outreach, HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
