Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to manage the technical aspects of our marketing systems and processes. This role will work closely with HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure data accuracy, lead management, and smooth automation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the integration and automation between HubSpot (marketing automation) and Salesforce (CRM).
  • Maintain data cleanliness by monitoring and managing lead hygiene and ensuring accurate data flow between systems.
  • Develop and prepare performance reports and dashboards (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Wistia, and Hootsuite.
  • Ensure marketing leads are properly qualified, assigned, and tracked to the appropriate sales representatives.
  • Support the team in campaign tracking, ROI analysis, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve processes and ensure alignment on lead management practices.
  • Provide training and documentation for new team members on processes related to lead handling.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across teams.
  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Facebook Ads is a plus.
