Job Description
The Manual QA Testers will be part of a team responsible for testing multiple applications, ensuring high quality and seamless performance. The role focuses on manual testing with a significant emphasis on exploratory testing to identify issues and enhance the overall quality of our products.
- Execute manual test cases and document results.
- Perform regression, black box, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover potential issues and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with development and support teams to understand system functionality and testing requirements.
- Identify, document, and escalate defects, and ensure they are resolved.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding testing progress and results.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product functionality and performance.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in manual testing.
- Proficiency in regression testing, black box testing, smoke testing, and end-to-end testing.
- Strong understanding of exploratory testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automation testing (a plus but not required).
- Familiarity with database queries and technical documentation.
- Experience in the healthcare or staffing industry.

- Shift Schedule: Morning (6am-3pm PHT)
- Office Location: Cebu
- Work Set Up: Remote within Cebu with occasional office visits
