Job Description
Role Summary: The selected candidate will lead the development of a workflow management tool using the Bubble no-code platform. This tool will replace outdated, email-driven processes with a centralized, customizable platform. The role will involve close collaboration with the founder, who has a clear vision for the software, and potential clients who will provide feedback on early demos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a custom application on the Bubble platform with features such as task assignment, status tracking (open, on-hold, in-progress, done), and reporting.
- Integrate user-facing elements like chat functionality, due dates, priorities, and team member assignments.
- Build an interface to manage trade show data, such as event locations, schedules, and associated tasks.
- Create APIs or plugins for integration with existing tools like QuickBooks and trade show databases.
- Enable multi-user access for internal teams and clients with varying permission levels.
- Design a scalable architecture to allow for future integrations, including inventory management and estimating modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Perform testing and iterative improvements based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Required Experience:

- Proven experience developing with Bubble, including workflows, logic, and integrations.
- 3+ years of experience in application development (Bubble-specific or other no-code tools preferred).
- Strong understanding of project management tools and workflow automation processes.
- Familiarity with API integrations, especially with financial tools like QuickBooks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal technical oversight.
- Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Background in trade shows, exhibit management, or related industries.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems or estimating tools.
- Experience in developing client-facing dashboards or interfaces.
- Understanding of scalable software architecture and database management.
