Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Solana Developer to drive the development of a cutting-edge DeFi protocol focused on liquid staking, advanced lending markets, and staking derivatives. This role requires deep expertise in Solana's ecosystem and leadership skills to guide a team of Rust developers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building scalable, secure, and innovative solutions on the Solana blockchain.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Design and develop advanced DeFi protocols on Solana, including liquid staking, lending markets, and staking derivatives.
- Implement smart contracts using Solana’s Anchor framework and optimize for Sealevel runtime.
- Integrate DeFi functionalities with Solana-native tools and protocols like Serum, Orca, or Saber.
- Mentor and lead a team of Rust developers, providing guidance on Solana-specific best practices and architecture.
- Optimize performance with familiarity in Solana’s Proof of History (PoH) and Sealevel parallel processing.
- Contribute to open-source projects in the Solana ecosystem, showcasing strong technical expertise.
- Communicate effectively, with the ability to explain complex blockchain concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in the following:
- Expertise in Solana's ecosystem and hands-on experience with Solana-based projects or tools like Phantom wallet, Serum, Raydium, or Metaplex.
- Strong experience with Solidity and Rust
- Deep knowledge of DeFi concepts such as yield farming, staking derivatives, and liquidity pools.
- Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide a development team.
- Prior involvement in open-source contributions within the blockchain space.
