Job Description
We are searching for a NodeJS Developer with IoT experience to join our software product team. We are developing new approaches to the design and operation of water, wastewater and biogas processes using process modelling and our own IoT connected operations software opsCTRL. You will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions, as well as mentoring and guiding other developers on the team. Qualifications
- Experience with AWS cloud-based technologies
- 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on NodeJS and related technologies
- In-depth knowledge of NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices
- Experience working with Micro Services and developing event driven applications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and Office 365 programs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certification
- CI/CD experience
- Experience with Angular, IO Sockets, IoT Data (Big Data), Data Streaming (Kaftka), MQTT
- Experience with NodeJS
- Familiarity with containerization and container orchestration tools such as Docker
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field preferred

- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications full stack solutions with JavaScript and Typescript.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and develop appropriate solutions leveraging strengths of team
- Ensure code quality and standards
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
