· Confident, Self-Motivated, And Comfortable Quickly Grasping New Technologies

· Comfortable Communicating With Customer And Partners

· Mechanical Engineering Or Related Technical Degree Or 1 - 2 Years Related Industry Experience

· 1 - 2 Years Hands On Experience In HVAC, Controls, Or Fault Detection And Diagnostics

· Exposure To BAS Protocols Such As BACnet, OBIX And Modbus

· Exposure To BAS Networking Principals

· Excellent Verbal And Written Communication

· Ideally, Exposure To Automated Ongoing Commissioning, Fault Detection And Diagnostics, Performance Measurement And Verification

· Ideally, Exposure To With Meta Data Applications Such As Use Of Tags And Standards, E.G. Project Haystack

· Must Be Proficient With MS Excel

Qualifications

Solid experience in Building Management/Automation Systems (EcoStruxure, Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls etc...)
Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable quickly grasping new technologies
Comfortable communicating with customer and partners
Mechanical Engineering or related technical degree or 1 - 2 years related industry experience
1 - 2 years hands on experience in HVAC, controls, or fault detection and diagnostics
Exposure to BAS protocols such as BACnet, oBIX and Modbus
Exposure to BAS networking principals
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ideally, exposure to automated ongoing commissioning, fault detection and diagnostics, performance measurement and verification
Ideally, exposure to with metadata applications such as use of tags and standards, e.g. Project Haystack
