About the Role
As a Network Monitoring Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our network systems are running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing our SolarWinds and MSSQL implementations, offering technical expertise to enhance network monitoring capabilities and provide critical insights for the company’s success.

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage and maintain SolarWinds infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Utilize MSSQL to create, manage, and optimize databases essential for network monitoring.
- Conduct regular network monitoring to detect and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network enhancements.
- Generate detailed reports and provide insights based on monitoring data to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Expert in SolarWinds and its application in network monitoring.
- Strong experience with MSSQL database management and optimization.
- Proficient in network monitoring best practices and tools.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure and protocols.
Requirements
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in the Managed Services industry or similar tech-centric environments.
- Familiarity with additional network monitoring tools and platforms.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., SolarWinds Certified Professional, Microsoft SQL Certification).
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
