We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to lead our Verification Team. This is an opportunity to work directly with our VP of Operations to cement our verification process, and grow our verification team.
This role entails:
● Owning the 10DLC Verification process
● Proactively reaching out to Members whose verification failed to obtain the required
information
● Working with the Product team to make technical adjustments as necessary
● Working with third party to ensure tight communication
● Being a “source of truth” for up-to-date Telecom information, including how many
outstanding accounts we have, how those accounts are struggling, and best practices
for submissions
● Handling Members’ Telecommunications tickets in conjunction with the Support team
Who we’re looking for:
● Someone adaptable, internally-driven, and process oriented

● Someone comfortable in Member-facing roles
● Someone willing to voice their opinions and advocate for and implement meaningful process-changes
Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
● Familiarity with data manipulation techniques
● Strong oral and written communication, including the ability to communicate/transcribe
complex technical information in a digestible manner
● Procedural testing and iteration
Desired Experience:
● Data management and manipulation
● Communication with multiple internal teams and external stakeholders, including both
customers and third party representatives
● Working within an established process and making meaningful changes to that process
*The role requires communication with external stakeholders via email; emails will be reviewed by a supervisor prior to being delivered. Other written communication is conducted between the potential hire and our team via internal “tickets” on the platform Intercom. Verbal communication is limited to internal stakeholders and internal calls.
