Job Description

Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior Cloud Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure using AWS services. You’ll collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), automate deployments, and support CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities
· Develop, manage, and maintain AWS resources using CloudFormation, Elastic Beanstalk, and other AWS services.
· Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions to ensure scalable, repeatable, and reliable cloud infrastructure.
· Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployments and infrastructure updates.
· Assist in deploying and managing applications on AWS, focusing on performance, cost, and security optimization.
· Collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions that align with business and security requirements.
· Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues within cloud environments. Document processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and training purposes.

Qualifications

· 1-2 years of hands-on experience with AWS services, including CloudFormation, Elastic Beanstalk, and Lambda.
· Basic understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline).
· Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) concepts and tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation).
· Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation.
· Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate technical ideas effectively.
· Strong desire to learn and grow in the field of cloud engineering.

Requirements

· AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer – Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate).
· Experience with monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana.
· Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
· Exposure to version control systems like Git and best practices for source code management.
