Role Overview:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge longevity tracking platform. Leveraging technologies such as ExpressJS, React Native, Python, AWS Lambda, and Machine Learning frameworks, you will contribute to enhancing the user experience and functionality of our app. Your work will directly impact the health and well-being of our users by enabling them to make informed decisions about their nutrition and lifestyle choices.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement new features and enhancements to the app.
- Develop frontend interfaces using React Native for a seamless mobile experience.
- Build robust backend services and APIs using ExpressJS, Python, and AWS Lambda.
- Integrate machine learning algorithms to analyze nutrition data and provide personalized insights.
- Implement data visualization features to present longevity metrics in an intuitive manner.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of our application infrastructure on AWS.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and troubleshoot issues to maintain code quality and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and propose innovative solutions to improve the app.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in React Native for mobile app development.
- Strong experience with ExpressJS, Python, and AWS Lambda for backend development.
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their integration into applications.
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL databases) for data storage and retrieval.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for health and wellness technology, with a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Plotly) for presenting analytics.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
- Previous work on health or fitness-related applications is a plus.
