Content Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and analytical Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies that attract and engage our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and creative teams to create compelling content that drives traffic, leads, and revenue.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and target audience.
• Create and manage a content calendar that includes blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, videos, webinars, whitepapers, and other content formats.
• Conduct research and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality, educational, and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
• Optimize content for SEO and social media channels to drive traffic and engagement
• Use data and analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of content marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in content marketing, SEO, and social media.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and editing.
• Willing to work on a hybrid setup in our Cebu office (3 days in the office and 2 days remote work).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with SEO, social media, and content management systems (CMS).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker and problem solver with a passion for storytelling and content creation.

• Experience with Semrush and using Ai tools for content creation would be ideal.
• Candidates must submit a portfolio for evaluation
