Job Description
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Blazor WebAssembly and .NET API projects.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Implement and advocate for software design patterns and architectural best practices.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and roadmap development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, and integrate them into projects where applicable.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Expertise in Blazor WebAssembly and .NET Core/ASP.NET.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- In-depth understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Proven experience with software design patterns and architectural principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience in leading a team or project.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
