Job Description


Position overview:
The Lead Gen Specialists works directly with their assigned SDR team, with a sole focus in identifying and providing quality lead generation. They will continuously build and identify sales opportunities and generating a healthy pipeline for all assigned territories that allow positive SDR Outreach.

Responsibilities:
• Utilize sales tools such as (google, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, Seamless, and others) to Identify and source potential prospects and accounts that meet CoDevs ICP "Ideal Customer Profile"
• Qualify leads from campaigns and prospecting as sales opportunities
• Present our company to potential clients
• Work directly with SDRs by providing lead gen support across all assigned territories. 
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Maintain a healthy CRM hygiene by making sure all prospects and accounts have accurate and up to date contact information.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, new businesses, and companies actively seeking to expand their team of Software Developers and Engineers. 
Requirements:
• Minimum experience 2-3 years in prospecting/lead generation
• Hands-on experience with sales techniques (including cold calls)
• Experience/ability to learn CRM software (HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIN Sales Navigator, Google Suite)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to work night-shift
