Job Description

Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using AWS, Node.js and related technologies

Design and implement scalable and secure software solutions
-
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and develop appropriate solutions leveraging strengths of team
-
Ensure code quality and standards
-
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely and efficient manner
-
Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field preferred
-
Ability to pass a criminal background check
-
Experience with AWS cloud-based technologies 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on IAC and DevOps related technologies
-
Knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and related technologies such as Express and MongoDB
-
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices
-
Sound technical understanding of the DevOps philosophy.
-
Experience working with RESTful APIs and developing API-driven applications
-
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and can evaluate their correct use.
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and Office 365 programs
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills in English
-
AWS Certification Cloud Agnostic with IAC / Terraform experience
-
CI/CD experience
-
Experience with Angular, IO Sockets, IoT Data (Big Data), Data Streaming (Kaftka), MQTT
-
Experience with Node.js
-
Familiarity with containerization and container orchestration tools such as Docker
