About the Role
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be a key contributor to our project by delivering high-quality concept designs based on customer specifications, site photographs, and local signage codes. Your work will help us present visually compelling proposals that align with client expectations and regulatory requirements. This position is crucial for enhancing our operational efficiency and expanding our global talent pool.
About You

navigate new tools and processes.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Creating concept designs for signage based on client-provided artwork and
site photographs/measurements.
- Incorporating city code requirements into design layouts to ensure
compliance with local regulations. (online research may be needed)
- Collaborating with our internal team to gather necessary information and
refine design proposals.
- Rendering signage visuals that accurately depict true to size signage for
customer review. Scaling and understanding of sizing & conversions comes
into play here.
- Provide technical details of signage for pricing & fabrication
- Measurements in Scale (conversion from full size down to 11x17)
- Fabrication details (how the sign will be built)
- Layout (where the sign goes)
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient with Adobe Illustrator (Required) and Adobe Photoshop (bonus)
- Strong experience in creating visual concepts and layouts based on
customer specifications.
- Familiarity with interpreting visual and technical information from
photographs and other sources.
- Ability to integrate compliance requirements into design work.
- 3-4 years+ design experience is required, but a degree in graphic design is not.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Background in signage design or experience in similar visual communication
projects.
- Experience w. CAD software such as AutoCAD or CADTools
- Understanding of Sizing, Scale & Conversions
- Knowledge of city planning and municipal signage codes is a bonus.
- Ability to handle projects of varying sizes and multiple at any given time.
